Construction Complete on Botania’s Largest Park!

We’re excited to share that construction at Pine Cone Park is now officially complete!

Located in the heart of the Stage 7 precinct, Pine Cone Park is the second—and largest—park within the Botania community, and it’s just one step away from welcoming residents. The park is now undergoing Practical Completion inspections, a final phase where council and development teams carry out thorough quality checks to ensure everything meets required standards. Once approved, the construction fencing will be removed, paving the way for its public opening.

This milestone marks a major moment for the Botania community, as Pine Cone Park is set to become a vibrant hub for recreation, relaxation, and connection.

What to Expect When the Gates Open

Spanning 1.25 hectares, Pine Cone Park has been designed with every resident in mind. Whether you’re after a quiet afternoon under the trees, a place for the kids to run wild, or a spot to gather with friends, this park will have it all:

  • A half basketball court for friendly shootarounds
  • Permanent soccer goals for impromptu matches
  • A dynamic climbing unit and adventure play space
  • Covered picnic shelters and BBQ facilities for community gatherings
  • Bike hoops, seating, and ample green space for lounging or play
  • A drinking fountain with an integrated dog bowl—a thoughtful touch for furry family members

A New Chapter for the Botania Community

Pine Cone Park represents more than just a place to play—it’s a symbol of our community’s growth and the commitment to providing thoughtfully designed, accessible spaces for all to enjoy.
