Dan and Justin were some of the original purchasers in the Botania community, securing a block in Stage 1.
As the first family to commence and complete construction on their home, they have witnessed a lot of the milestones for the community, with the most recent being the completion and opening of the Stage 3 park.
A somewhat chance encounter of them embarking on a drive to visit and scope out the neighbourhood led to them falling in love with the community and starting their new chapter in Botania.
We’ve checked in with Dan & Justin to hear why they chose Botania and what they love about their new community.
For Dan & Justin there were a few ‘must have’ items that went into their decision to purchase “the future amenities, sheer number of schools and shopping all within an arm’s reach was a big deciding factor”.
The couple were also really impressed with the existing amenity already surrounding the community thanks to its proximity to Caroline Springs “we’re not even 5 minutes from a train station into the city and within 15 minutes from two major shopping centres”.
When asked what the couple loved most about the Botania community it was its “boutique community feel and family friendly vibe” plus “all the walking tracks and open spaces only a few minutes’ walk from our front door”.
It was great catching up with Dan & Justin and we hope they are very happy in their new home along with all the other families starting their new story in Botania.
